By creating an account or enrolling in any course offered by Elixios Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or services.

If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Elixios Labs provides online technology education through structured cohort-based programmes. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Live and pre-recorded course content across technology domains (AI, Web Development, Python, Digital Literacy, and future programmes).

• Assignments, quizzes, and project-based assessments.

• Certificates of completion upon successfully finishing a programme.

• Access to mentors, community features, and learning resources.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at elixios.info@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Course fees are listed on our Pricing page and are payable in Indian Rupees (₹). All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed before you gain access to course content. We accept payments through our integrated payment gateway.

Custom Plans: For custom pillar bundles (e.g., any 2 or 3 pillars), pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss.

Full Refund: If you request a refund within 3 days of enrolment and have not accessed more than 20% of the course material, you are eligible for a full refund.

No Refund: Refunds will not be provided after 3 days of enrolment or if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a programme before it starts, you will receive a full refund.

All course content — including videos, lesson materials, slides, quizzes, project files, graphics, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Elixios Labs and is protected by copyright law.

You may: Access and use the content for your personal learning.

You may not: Copy, distribute, share, resell, record screen captures, or reproduce any course content without written permission from Elixios Labs.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

As a student on our platform, you agree to:

• Treat mentors, staff, and fellow students with respect.

• Not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty.

• Not share account credentials or course access with others.

• Not post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content in community spaces.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Code of Conduct.

Certificates of completion are issued upon successfully completing all required modules, assignments, and assessments within a programme.

Certificates are for personal and professional use (e.g., LinkedIn, resumes). They do not represent academic degrees or government-recognised qualifications.

Access duration depends on the plan you purchase:

• Single Pillar: 3 months of access.

• All 4 Pillars: Lifetime access.

• Custom Plans (2 or 3 Pillars): 6 months to lifetime access, depending on the plan.

We reserve the right to update course content at any time. Paid users will receive all updates during their access period at no extra cost.

Elixios Labs provides educational content on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Specific learning outcomes, job placements, or academic results.

• Uninterrupted or error-free platform availability.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course or programme.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha, India.
